Materials:
- acrylic paint
- black Sharpies (love me some Sharpies)
- scrap booking paper
- mod podge
Step 1: Paint the background and let dry
Step 2; While the background is drying, students can cut out their scrapbook paper rays and letters.
Step 3: Paint your sun and add your paper rays
Step 4: Outline the rays with black sharpie
Step 5: Add the letters
Step 6: Put a thin layer of mod podge over the entire picture to keep everything in place
